However, please note that items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas, the products will be shipped through Third Party Logistic Services and may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.

Delivery Process:

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment. If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear online, so we kindly ask for your patience until your package is scanned by the courier company.
